Your Guide to Returns & Exchanges at Esajee's

At Esajee's, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If something isn't quite right with your order, here’s what you need to know about returning or exchanging items:

Our Commitment to You:
We stand by our products and offer replacements if you receive a wrong or defective item. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and exactly as you received it.

  • Accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • Free from any marks or damage.

Standard Returns (3-Day Policy):
For most items, you have 3 days from receipt to return or exchange them, provided they are in sealed, resalable condition.

Important Exclusions:
Please note that certain items, including perishables, frozen goods, special order items, and specific categories like fashion, electronics, and medical equipment, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were damaged before purchase.

Returning Special Items (Restocking Fee):
If you return a non-defective "special item" (not from grocery, beauty, pet categories), a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Advance Payment & Cancellations:

  • Cancellation within 12 Hours: If you paid in advance and cancel within 12 hours, your refund will be processed within one working week.

  • Undelivered Items: Should we be unable to fulfill your advance-paid order (fully or partially), the remaining amount will be refunded within one working week.

  • Credit Card Purchases: While refunds are not applicable for credit card payments, you are welcome to exchange the product if it's unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Shipping Returns:
You are responsible for the shipping costs when sending an item back for return.
